Congress had Dr. Anthony Fauci on the hot seat today as the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee grilled him for answers, any answer at all, to the government’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. The good doctor pleaded the Fifth Amendment over 100 times. It was like squeezing blood from a stone. But four weeks earlier, the Congressional hearing on MKULTRA featured former Senior Program Director for the National Institute of Health, Dr. Elizabeth Ginexi. Unlike Fauci, Ginexi did not take the 5th amendment. She was of course, not on trial but was there to defend the policies put in place by Dr. Fauci. The exchange between her and Rep. Crane is quite illuminating as it pertains to the largest brain washing campaign in history.

In her opening statement to congress, Ginexi explained, “I am here to testify that the changes underway at NIH are not reforms. They are a transfer of authority from scientists to political appointees, and the consequences for American health and economic competitiveness are not theoretical.”

She went on to highlight a litany of accomplishments by the NIH including improvements in cancer treatment, treatments for depression, developing AZT to treat AIDS, Polio vaccines, etc. Her complaint was that “the actions of the current administration, and particularly OMB, directly threaten that design … they are trying to dismantle the NIH.”

What all this had to do with MKULTRA was difficult to assess—by congressional members and even by Dr. Ginexi herself. Seeking to clarify the matter, Rep. Eli Crane cut to the chase, asking “I noticed during your opening statement that you had nothing to say about the content of this hearing being about MKULTRA. Your statement seemed to be based more on your issues with this administration’s attempt to reform and reign in the NIH … would you deny that the NIH had involvement in the funding of the Wuhan Lab?”

Ginexi answered, “I’m basically here to talk about what’s happening right now at the NIH and how we really should be letting science be driven by scientists and not by politicians.” This is how, she insisted, we “fund cures and make health progress.”

Crane asked, “With all due respect, Ma’am, do you find it ironic that for years that we were told to trust the science? And in the aftermath, we’ve all found out that most of what we were told during COVID was a complete lie and it wasn’t scientific at all?”

“No, I do not,” Ginexi answered. “I think that the NIH is beloved by the American people, because we know about the advances in human health and cancer treatments and heart disease and diabetes and all of the health gains that the future has produced.”

Crane shot back: “Well, I think that you’re wrong ma’am. I think that the public has a serious mistrust issue with the NIH. Can you deny that the NIH tried to cover up the origin of COVID? Do you believe that the NIH supported masking and social distancing when there was no real science to support that? What about covering up harmful side effects of vaccines and the role that the NIH has played in that? Obviously this is supposed to be a hearing about MKULTRA but when you gave your opening statement, I don’t even know why you were called to this hearing, because you didn’t offer anything about MKULTRA, but since you are here and you’re going to defend NIH, I’m going to call you out on it.”

With that, the room burst into wild applause.

Crane continued, “Do you see now what I’m talking about? Did you hear the applause in this room? That should tell you right now that you’re pretty tone deaf to what the public thinks about how the NIH handled COVID, not only the funding of but the coverup involved in the aftermath.”

It was a dramatic exchange no doubt. As well it offered a certain visceral satisfaction. A feel good moment for all those in attendance. With that being said, I believe the oversight committee missed a real opportunity here, the opportunity to submit one of the biggest mind control operations in history as evidence of MKULTRA writ on a large canvas, ie. the world.

Recently, I came across an interview with Jason Christoff on the Kim Iverson Show. Jason Christoff is a psychology researcher and behavior modification expert and lectures on the subjects of brainwashing, mind control and psychological manipulation. He had some interesting points to make regarding people’s susceptibility to brain washing and how this vulnerability was co-opted during the pandemic.

According to Christoff, even the smartest people can be susceptible to mind control. This is because the equipment to mind control you comes as standard equipment built into your brain. It is part of your essence. Humans are pack animals and there are protection mechanisms built into our brains that we know nothing about.

One of these subconscious mechanisms is counting the environment for repetitive content. The repetitive content registers in your neurology as the bigger group and you want to be with the bigger group to be safe. There is safety in numbers so this is a safety protection mechanism that kicks in on a subconscious level. According to Christoff, this process of counting for repetitive content begins in the womb and continues your whole life. The brain is tabulating every data point consistently and the purpose is to determine the bigger group. Once the bigger group is identified through the most repetitive content, the same protection mechanism forces you to adopt the list of behavioral cues as your own.

In this way, a person can be mind controlled into anything, without even knowing why. All it takes is exposure to reparative content coming in from your surrounding environment. The more repetition you experience, the safer you feel as you mirror and mimic it. Understanding this dynamic, the dominant group in control of media repeated messaging of “safe and effective” over TV, radio, newspapers, internet and phones. The lockdown forced people inside their homes where there was no escape from the messaging. The population was a captive audience for propaganda. 1984 on steroids.
