You may have noticed a story circulating in mainstream media for the past 24 hour news cycle making the outrageous claim that alien DNA was found inserted into human genes. What is the veracity of such a headline? Pure clickbait? That was what I first thought and so took a hard pass. But this thing keeps popping up, first the Daily Mail, then The New York Post, Vice, the Economic Times, etc. All right, let’s take a dive.

On 5 October, 2025, Rob Waugh for DAILYMAIL.COM wrote, “Scientists claim to have found evidence of alien genetic manipulation in human DNA, with large sections of genes seemingly ‘inserted’ into people, potentially affecting millions of humans.”

The claim was made by lead researcher Dr. Max Rempel of the DNA Resonance Research Foundation based on a recent study analyzing DNA from both the general population and individuals claiming alien abduction. The study looked at 581 families from the 1,000 Genomes Project. As well, he reviewed results from 23andMe individuals who self-identified as alien abductees.

What they found was that ‘large sequences’ of DNA in 11 families didn’t appear to match either family. The genetic aberrations encompassed a bundle of 348 non-parental genetic variants. All subjects used in the story were born before 1990, which rules out gene-editing technologies like CRISPR, which didn’t emerge until 2013.

The study has not yet undergone peer review.

As well, Dr. Remel is cautious about the assertions, saying the findings are preliminary and require further rigorous analysis. Remel stated, ‘No conclusive evidence yet, because we need better datasets, which are available only on approval. That takes time and effort,” adding that, “Most public DNA databases contain old data from cultured cells. Culturing can produce genomic changes, so we cannot treat these results as proof.”

However, if found to be true, Remel believes the implications could be earth shattering, saying, “Humanity may be undergoing genetic transformation. If confirmed, it could be possible to detect which humans carry alien DNA, essentially identifying hybrids.”

Dr. Rempel has a PhD from the Institute of Gene Biology. He is known for investigating out-of-the-box areas of study, including DNA resonance, that studies subtle fields around the human body.

Listen, I’m as excited as the next guy at the prospects of this discovery. It makes for one helluva twist on the UFO story. Consider that the “UFO disclosure” long sought after may not come from the skies but rather, from our own DNA. People have been barking about gene editing by alien races for some time (Read: Nephilim bloodlines).

Perhaps this ties in with rumors by certain whistleblowers suggesting that the CIA had a program to trace alien DNA in some families in America. These families, and their children, were of particular interest to the CIA, as they displayed exceptional talents like psychic abilities, etc. This brings to mind the GATE Program (Gifted and Talented Education) established in the 1990s. This program utilized psi-like tests such as guessing Zener cards and listening to odd frequencies. This discussion often overlaps into another very real CIA project called the Stargate Project, which investigated psychic phenomenon like remote viewing, etc.

If any of these studies bear fruit, we are once again faced with an inconvenient truth—Ancient Aliens was right all along.
